Vision & Mission
VISION:
To ensure a skilled, safe, and fair migration process that not only creates employment but also significantly contributes to the national economy, upholding Bangladesh's reputation in the global labor market.
MISSION:
To function as a non-political, professional, and organized platform for licensed recruiting agencies in Bangladesh. We aim to strengthen the legal and transparent overseas recruitment process, enhance mutual cooperation among member agencies, and protect the professional interests of all stakeholders.
To organize all like-minded recruiting agency owners to realize reasonable demands and engage in developmental work.
To ensure the protection, development, and safeguarding of the business, legal, and professional interests of recruiting agency owners.
To represent members at the policymaking level by coordinating with relevant government departments, such as the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment, BMET, etc.
To undertake joint initiatives and ensure information exchange for the expansion of the international labor market.
To maintain healthy competition, ethical business conduct, and transparency among members.
To provide training, seminars, workshops, and legal assistance for members.
To take effective measures to prevent fake recruiting activities and protect the interests of licensed owners.
To ensure safe and sustainable migration by coordinating with foreign employers and embassies.
To conduct collective bargaining on behalf of members when necessary.
To provide organizational support against unjust administrative or legal harassment of members.
To enhance the dignity and capacity of Bangladeshi recruiting agencies in the expatriate labor market.
To arrange sustainable training to transform people into human resources and establish training institutes if necessary.
To strive for self-reliance through hands-on technical education and training, and to assist in earning foreign currency by sending our manpower to various countries to keep the country's economy vibrant.
To observe various national days and festivals.
To increase income by purchasing land, developing it, and selling it in the form of plots or flats to make the organization sustainable.
To undertake any other activities consistent with the ideals and objectives of the organization.
To establish super shops to easily deliver daily essential goods and services to the people.
